— information about the pet: species, breed, age, weight, size, health, vaccinations, microchipping, veterinary documents;
— information about the owner and recipient needed to prepare documents and arrange transport: full name, passport details, pick-up and delivery addresses;
— the content of messages, comments and correspondence with us.
2.2. Data collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, interface language, information about pages visited and actions on the Website, referral source, cookies and similar technologies.
2.3. We do not request data on racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious beliefs, the owner's health or other special categories of data. If such information is contained in documents you send us, we use it only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
3. Purposes of processing
We process personal data in order to:

6. Cross-border transfer
Pet relocation involves working with organisations in different countries, so your data may be transferred outside the UAE and your country of residence: to the countries of departure, transit and arrival, and to the countries where the servers of our IT contractors are located. The level of data protection in these countries may differ. We transfer data only when it is necessary to provide the service or when you have consented to it, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.
7. Retention period
7.1. We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing: for the duration of the consultation and the performance of the agreement, and thereafter for the period required by UAE law for keeping accounting records.
7.2. Data from requests that did not result in an agreement is kept for no longer than 12 months from the date of the last contact.
7.3. Where processing is based on consent, we stop it once consent is withdrawn, except where retention is required by law.
8. Data protection
We apply organisational and technical safeguards: we limit staff access to data, use secure transmission channels (HTTPS), passwords and access controls in the services where data is stored.
