2. Subject of the Agreement

4. Procedure for providing the Services
4.1. The Customer submits a request via the Website, by phone, by email or in a messenger. The Contractor clarifies the details, checks the requirements of the destination country, transit countries and airlines, and proposes a route, timeline and price.

4.2. After acceptance, the Contractor draws up a preparation plan and informs the Customer which actions and documents are required from them and by when.

4.3. The Contractor keeps the Customer informed about the progress of the Services and, if provided for in the Order, sends photo and video reports.

5. Price and payment
5.1. The price of the Services is specified in the Order. Prices on the Website and calculator results are for information only and are not final.

5.2. The price is stated and paid in US dollars unless the parties have agreed on another currency. Payment is made by the methods specified by the Contractor; payment details are given in the invoice.

5.3. Unless otherwise provided in the Order, the Customer pays an advance of 50% of the price upon confirming the Order, and the remaining amount no later than 7 days before the departure date.

5.4. Fees and charges of third parties (airlines, government authorities, veterinary clinics) may change through no fault of the Contractor. In this case, the Contractor notifies the Customer before paying them and agrees the new price.

5.5. Bank fees and currency conversion costs are borne by the Customer unless the parties have agreed otherwise.

6.3. The Customer undertakes to:
— provide complete and accurate information about the Pet, including its health, temperament and behaviour;
— comply in good time with the requirements for vaccinations, treatments, tests and other procedures;
— pay for the Services on time;
— ensure that the recipient meets the Pet at the agreed time and place.

7. Requirements for the Pet and documents
7.1. The requirements for the import and transport of animals are set by the countries of departure, transit and arrival, as well as by airlines. The Contractor checks them as of the date of the consultation; however, they may change without prior notice.

7.2. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information and the authenticity of the documents they provide. The consequences of inaccurate information, including refusal of transport, quarantine or return of the Pet, are borne by the Customer.

8. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
8.1. The Customer may withdraw from the Agreement at any time by notifying the Contractor in writing. In this case, the Customer pays for the Services actually rendered and the expenses incurred by the Contractor up to the time of withdrawal, including non-refundable third-party fees. The remainder of the advance payment is refunded within 14 business days.

8.2. Rescheduling at the Customer's initiative is possible by agreement of the parties. Any additional costs related to rescheduling are paid by the Customer.

8.3. If the Services cannot be provided through the fault of the Contractor, the Contractor refunds the Customer for the Services not rendered within 14 business days.
