Consent to the processing of personal data

By submitting a form on the website lilpets.ae, or by sharing my data by phone, by email, on WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to [Full legal name of the company], trade licence No. [number], address: [address], Dubai, UAE (hereinafter the Operator), to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Data covered
Name; phone number; email address; messenger username; route and travel dates; information about the pet (species, breed, age, weight, size, health, vaccinations, microchipping, veterinary documents); information needed to prepare documents and arrange transport (full name, passport details, pick-up and delivery addresses); technical data (IP address, browser and device information, cookies).

2. Purposes of processing
Responding to a request and providing a consultation; calculating the cost and preparing an offer; concluding and performing an agreement for services arranging the pet's relocation; keeping me informed about the progress of the relocation; receiving payment; analysing website traffic and improving the website.

3. Operations with the data
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without the use of automation.

4. Transfer to third parties
I agree to the transfer of my data to the extent necessary to provide the service to: airlines, carriers, couriers and escorts; veterinary clinics; government authorities and services of the countries of departure, transit and arrival; payment services and banks; the Operator's IT contractors (hosting, CRM, email, messengers, web analytics services).

5. Cross-border transfer
I understand and agree that my data may be transferred outside the UAE and my country of residence: to the countries of the pet's departure, transit and arrival, and to the countries where the servers of IT contractors are located, including countries where the level of data protection may differ from that of my country of residence.

6. Validity and withdrawal
This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw my consent at any time by writing to info@lilpets.ae. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. After withdrawal, the Operator may continue processing if this is necessary to perform an agreement or comply with legal requirements.

7. Confirmation
I confirm that I have read the Operator's Privacy Policy published on the website lilpets.ae and that the information I have provided is accurate. If I share the data of other persons (for example, the pet's recipient), I confirm that I have obtained their consent to such sharing.
